Today I’m going to tell you about an easy, delicious and healthy recipe for Hot Chocolate. You’re probably thinking “yeah, right. There is no way hot chocolate can be healthy!” But it can!

Healthy Hot Chocolate

This recipe calls for only three simple ingredients, is full of protein AND is dairy free! But don’t worry, this hot chocolate recipe still is full of chocolatey flavor. So while we’re cutting calories, we’re not losing out on taste.

I’ve always been a lover of hot chocolate. But I’m *trying* to stick to a clean diet and lose some lb’s (probably not the smartest right before the holidays) so the rich and creamy milk hot chocolate got cut from my diet. At least until I thought up this delicious recipe!

Healthy Hot Chocolate

Easy Living Goods sent me these super cute espresso cups and saucers. I’m loving the fun colors and how well made these are. They’re pretty sturdy and are dishwasher and microwave safe. I’m always someone who forgets when something isn’t dishwasher safe. I’m normally reminded after I’ve washed it in the dishwasher and ruined the item. Oops. Thankfully I won’t have to worry about that with these!

I thought these cups were perfect for a little taste of the hot chocolate. I even was able to trust my toddler with the cups. You can purchase these by going to http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MTNHJDY.

Now, it’s time for the recipe!
