Form your turkey patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill your patties and place on bun. Top with mozzarella cheese and spinach-artichoke dip. It’s okay to be greedy on put on a hefty helping! The combo is superb and will make your taste buds go crazy!
My favorite part about this meal is that it’s a multi-tasking meal. You can save the remaining dip to eat as a snack later or use as a appetizer to entertain guests.

Form turkey into four patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill.
Add Reese Marinated Artichoke Hearts, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, walnut pieces and garlic to food processor and pulse.
Top turkey burger with mozzarella cheese, spinach, fresh tomato slices and artichoke pesto sauce.
Add turkey patty ingredients to bowl and combine until well mixed. Form four patties.
Place patties in refrigerator to chill.
Dice cucumber and add to bowl with Greek Yogurt, dill seasoning, lemon juice and minced garlic. Mix well to make tzatziki sauce.. Place in refrigerator to chill.
Add patties to bun and top with spinach, tomato and tzatziki sauce.
Preheat oven to 425.
Dice artichoke and spinach finely.
Add to a bowl with softened cream cheese, Greek Yogurt and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Add to dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Put in oven to bake for 20 minutes.
Form ground turkey to individual patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill.
Add turkey patties to bun and top with mozzarella cheese and a generous helping of spinach-artichoke dip.
