3 Post Workout Smoothie Bowls

I am currently obsessed with making a smoothie bowl after an intense workout. I’ve created three smoothie bowl recipes that are full of protein, antioxidants and supplements that will help refuel your body.

Post Workout Smoothie Bowl

I’ve kicked up my workouts lately and normally leave the gym HANGRY. I’m one of those people who can’t eat before I workout. My post workout smoothie is normally my first meal of the day – and I like to make them filling. So many smoothies and smoothie bowls are made with ingredients that are not made with ingredients that refuel your body. These three smoothie bowls have ingredients and supplements that are specifically chosen to help refuel your body and aid muscle recovery after a workout. The best part is that they’re extremely filling and won’t leave you hungry!
