Who else has a sweet tooth? *raises hand*

My sweet tooth has always been out-of-control. During my first pregnancy, all I wanted to eat was ice cream and chocolate chip cookies. Now that I’m pregnant again, my sweet tooth is back and ready to cause turmoil. But, during my three years of motherhood, I’ve learned that my daughter watches everything I do, including what I eat. When I snack on healthier options – like these protein packed yogurt bowl combinations – my family follows suit.

We made the resolution to eat healthier this year. Before I tell you the recipes, I have to tell you about my love for FAGE Total 5% Greek Yogurt! FAGE is my go-to brand of yogurt and is always on my grocery list. FAGE is an all-natural Greek yogurt with a distinct rich, creamy and delicious taste. It is Non-GMO Project Verified and is rich in protein.

Have you ever looked at the nutrition label of some other yogurt brands and noticed how much sugar is in them? I know I have! The amount of sugar in some of these yogurt brands is absurd. My favorite thing about FAGE Total 5% Greek Yogurt is that there is no added sugar! FAGE Total 5% Greek Yogurt contains only naturally occurring milk sugar. It is made with only milk and live active yogurt cultures. FAGE Total 5% Greek Yogurt pairs perfectly with your favorite toppings!
