Drink 8 Glasses of Water a Day
Drinking water allows the body to flush out toxins. Drinking water will not only help your hair grow faster, but it will also help it become stronger.
Blot Hair With Towel to Dry
Instead of aggressively drying wet hair with a towel, blot wet hair with towel. Aggressively drying will cause hair breakage.
Use Wide Tooth Comb When Wet
Use a wide tooth comb from the ends to the root in order to work out any tangles. This will help avoid causing breakage and split ends.
Avoid Chlorine and Salt Water
Both of these cause damage to your hair by drying it out.
Wear Your Hair Differently
Wearing the same hair style daily, like a pony tail, braid, etc, can cause damage/breakage overtime. By switching up how you wear your hair lessens the chances of causing breakage due to hair pieces.
