So, who else is a closet Keeping Up with the Kardashians addict?
My husband seriously gives me so much crap for my trashy reality tv addiction. But I have no shame and will be watching KUWTK on Sunday nights after the little one is in bed with a glass of wine in hand.
Kourtney Kardashian has obsessed over her “Avocado pudding” on the show several times. For those of you who know me, I am OBSESSED with avocados. I can eat them with every meal. It doesn’t hurt that they’re full of healthy fats, fiber and keep you “fuller” longer. So when I heard there was such a thing as avocado pudding I knew I had to figure out how to make this ASAP.
I found a couple of recipes that called for extra sugar to be added so I altered the recipes I found a bit. I must say it’s pretty tasty! It was even husband approved before he knew it was “healthy” food.
1 tbsp of honey
½ tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of flax seeds
1 cup of almond milk (i used cashew milk this time)
Puree all ingredients in a blender and then enjoy! 🙂
