Best Green Smoothie Ever

I’ve been obsessed with smoothies for the longest time. A few years ago I had to go on a super strict diet due to some health issues and discovered green smoothies to help me stay full and give me energy, along with tons of other benefits. When I first heard of the ingredients in a green smoothie I thought there was no way these things could be good. They sounded revolting! But boy was I wrong. I’ve altered  my recipe over the years but this recipe is full of vitamins, gives you more energy, is great for your skin improves your immunity. Who couldn’t use those amazing benefits?


1 cup of spinach

1 banana

1 cup of water

2 stocks of celery

½ cup of frozen pineapple

1 tbsp of honey

Throw all your ingredients in a blender, blend and then drink up! YUM!
