Who ever thought clean eating and pancakes could be mentioned in the same post? Well they can! These pancakes are super healthy and super easy to make. If yummy breakfast food is your weakness like it is mine, but you strive to avoid carbs – you HAVE to try these!!
2 ripe bananas
2 egg whites
Cinnamon to taste
Heat pan and spray with olive oil cooking spray
Mash up bananas
Combine banana and eggs whites
Place mix in pan. Heat and flip. Repeat until mix is fully cooked.
Sprinkle cinnamon on pancake to your taste
These can be eaten alone or with syrup. Let me know how you like these!
