Delicious Meal Replacement Chocolate Protein Smoothie

My favorite thing to do after my workout is to go home and make my favorite Meal Replacement Chocolate Protein Smoothie. Depending on when I work out, I normally drink this for breakfast or lunch.

Protein Meal Replacement Smoothie

For starters, this protein shake is absolutely delicious! It’s easy to forget that I’m drinking something that’s actually really good for me. This smoothie is full of protein, fiber, vitamins and nutrients that will replace and repair muscles, fill your tummies and satisfy your taste buds. Meal Replacement Protein Smoothie

After the protein powder, I add banana, cherries (packed with antioxidants and fiber), kale (high in fiber, Vitamin C and A), Oats (full of antioxidants, fiber), chia seeds (great source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in fiber, iron and calcium), powdered peanut butter (I use PB2 for the low calories, low fat and high protein) and almond milk.

Once you combine these ingredients and blend, you get a delicious protein smoothie that will keep your tummy full and your body happy.

Meal Replacement Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Whey Protein Isolate, Natural Chocolate Flavor, 1 scoop

  • Almond Milk, 1 cup

  • PB2 (or powedered peanut butter), 1 tbsp

  • cherries, 1/3 cup

  • kale, 1/4 cup (packed)

  • Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp

  • Oats, 1/2 cup

  • Banana, 1/2

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in blender

  • Blend and Enjoy! 🙂
