As the Mom of a toddler our lives are messy. Figuratively and literally.

When I found out I was going to have a daughter, I figured that I’d have it easy. I figured that girls were clean and didn’t feel the need to cover themselves in mud, fingerpaints or any water puddle that meets the eye. But of course this was all before our wild child made her grand appearance.

Maybe it’s because we live in Alaska and the kids can just run wild here and it’s okay. Or maybe it’s just Madison’s personality. But my sweet little girl loves to live her life on the wild side. She loves to play hard, doesn’t care about how dirty she gets and usually leaves this Mama rolling with laughter and then cringing when I realize how much I need to clean up. But thanks to Huggies® One & Done® Refreshing Wipes, cleaning up life’s little messes, no matter the mess or occasion, has become so much easier.

One of my favorite activities to do with Madison is to make our own edible fingerpaints! This is such a simple activity for not only for Mama, but it’s also fun for all ages! The best part, is that it’s edible. So you don’t have to worry about your little one ingesting something harmful to them. It’s actually pretty tasty and you may catch your little one eating the fingerpaints, like I did Madison! She kept saying, “Yummmmm Mommy” as she stuck her fingers in her mouth. It was clearly finger-licking good!

These edible fingerpaints can be easily made with two products that you probably already have in your own kitchen! The ingredients you will need are vanilla yogurt and food coloring.

You simply mix the desired amount of yogurt with food coloring.

I like giving Madison various colors to “paint” with. To help make clean-up a little easier,  I let her paint on a metal cookie sheet. As you can see, she LOVES this!

This is always a great activity for a rainy day or just because! It’s been something I’ve been randomly doing with Madison since she was about 9 or 10 months old. She’ll be 2 in a few months and still loves to do it.

Edible fingerpaints can get messy, but I love being able to depend on Huggies One & Done Wipesto help me make clean-up much easier. By buying Huggies One & Done wipes at my local Sam’s Club, I’m able to get more product for my money and I can even get free shipping right now when I order online! Being able to purchase Huggies One & Done wipes at Sam’s Club makes this deal even sweeter. You can find them for yourself down the personal care aisle.

Life can get pretty messy when chasing around a toddler all day. That’s why I depend on the #1 branded wipe (based on North America market share) to help clean up all of life’s little messes. The handy soft packs are easy to slip into my purse or diaper bag, to have within reach whenever I need them. These wipes are thicker, for the ultimate clean, but are also Alcohol and paraben free, which keeps my daughter’s sensitive skin happy.

The only thing better than seeing the pure joy on my daughter’s face while playing with her edible finger paints is knowing that I can easily clean up the (GIANT) mess my daughter will leave with Huggies One & Done Wipes! So let’s all embrace life’s little messes and know that cleanup is SO much easier with Huggies One & Done Wipes!
