Squat Jumps

In the squat position, explode up to a jump and land back in the squat position. Try to keep soft knees during this move.

Begin in the plank position, bringing one knee to meet your elbow, then do the same on the opposite side. For a more advanced burn, do these as fast as you can.

Running in place with your hands out in front of you, bring your knees up to meet your hands.

Wall Sit

Sit in place with a flat back against a wall. This is a major glute burn!

Speed Skaters

Start in a standing position, jump to the right with a slight bend in your knee and your left leg behind you and to the side (almost like a curtsy lunge position), bringing your left arm to meet your right foot. Jump to the side, then follow this position on the opposite side.

Bicycle Crunch

Laying flat on the ground, put your hands behind your neck for support and raise your legs, stabilize your core. Bring your opposite leg in to meet opposite elbow. Repeat on both sides.

Burpees

Start in a plank position, jump your feet to meet your hands, then do a jump squat. Repeat as fast as you can for the ultimate calorie burner!

Russian Twist

Stabilize your core, raise your legs and twist side to side. For more advance workout, use a weight. This is great for your obliques!
