Having a one and four-year-old in my house means that I’m no longer able to convince my kids to eat vegetables willingly. But thankfully, this Mama has learned some tricks over the last few years on how to sneak veggies into my kids diet.
This Green Smoothie is a favorite of my kids, but it’s also a favorite of mine because of all the nutrients it’s packed with. Milk, spinach, banana and pineapple combine to give you a smoothie with a taste your kids will love and benefits that any parent will be thrilled about.
The main and most important ingredient is Hood Milk. I love using milk for the base of the smoothie because it’s SO important for our growing children. Milk contains 8g of protein and 9 essential nutrients per serving and no artificial growth hormones. I also love that Hood Milk is a dependable brand that I can confidently give my children. Hood Milk in the LightBlock BottleĀ® is fresh, delicious and provides the nutrients my growing kiddo’s need.
Hood knows how important our families are to us, so they protect every drop of their milk every step of the way to your fridge!
Not only is it tasty, but since Hood Milk is packed with Calcium and Vitamin D, I know it’ll help strengthen her little growing bones. It’s also a simple and fun recipe that she gets to “help” make!
Drink up and enjoy!
