Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. But I’ve always struggled to stick with a “diet” or really find one that works for me. I’ve tried Whole30, Keto and more. I was always left feeling deprived (your girl LOVES cheese), defeated and hangry. That is until I jumped on board The BodyBoss Method Superfood Nutrition Guide and Fitness Guide.
When I decided to pair up with The BodyBoss Method, I wasn’t really sure what I was getting myself into. I eat healthy, for the most part, and I work out 4-5 times a week. But I was introduced to a lifestyle change that I quickly fell in love with.
BodyBoss sets you up with a weekly meal plan, grocery store list and workouts. For the first time EVER I didn’t feel deprived while on a diet. I could still eat cheese with some of my meals and didn’t even waste my time counting calories because the meal plans were written out for me.

The BodyBoss method is based off of using Superfoods to fuel your diet. These foods combine to keep you full, energized and give you the proper nutrients you need without the added sugar you’d normally get. I love the idea of using real natural foods to create delicious meals. The BodyBoss Superfood Nutrition Guide does not encourage cutting out any food groups, but it emphasizes a balanced diet boosted by incorporating Superfoods for added nutrients and benefits.
With The BodyBoss meal plans I made my own granola (that beats any store bought granola I’ve ever tried), muffins from scratch and salad dressings. After making my own salad dressing and learning just how easy it is to cut the sugar from the store bought kind, without sacrificing flavor, I’m pretty sure I’ll only make my own from now on.
The BodyBoss Method has opened me up to different meals that I would have never tried before – and I fell i love with them. Like the Rainbow Quesadilla for example, who would of thought beets and squash would be the perfect additives to a quesadilla? Not this girl! But I’m officially hooked.
To be successful on The BodyBoss Method, I would definitely recommend meal planning. The first week, I kinda jumped in headfirst. I was learning by going and not always prepared. By week two I learned to set aside about 2 hours on Sunday to meal prep for the week and it made meal times SO much easier! I’ve also learned that when I meal prep, I’m less likely to cheat since I already have my meals made.
When your sweet tooth strikes there is also several BBM approved cheat meals as well as dessert and smoothie recipes. I love the smoothie recipes and if you add a little protein, they’re the perfect fuel after your workout.
BodyBoss Method is SO much more than just a Diet
It’s a lifestyle change! BBM includes a 12 week HIIT fitness guide to get you started on toning those muscle and increasing your fitness level! I already go to classes at my local gym but loved adding in the fitness guides workouts on my off days from the gym. I love that I can complete these workouts in 24 minutes and that they include simple equipment like dumbbells, jump rope, water bottles/shampoo bottles or whatever you have at home! For those of you that lead busy lives or are Moms of young children, like myself, then this is the PERFECT fitness guide for you!
The fitness guide incorporates High Intensity Interval Training in order to get the maximum workout, a spiked heart rate in only 24 minutes. It gives you a daily workout breakdown and gives you tips to keep active on your off days.
I’m an avid gym-goer and these are some of the best workouts I’ve ever done. I love that I’m able to fit a quick and effective workout in while my daughter naps. The Fitness guide is very detailed and explains all the workouts very well. I do like incorporating weights into my fitness routine, and many of these workouts were based on body weight. But I was able to adjust some of the workouts and add dumbbells.
Over the past three weeks I’ve been embracing The BodyBoss Method, I’ve lost about 2 ½ inches but I feel so much stronger and more energized! I can’t wait to update when I finish the program at the 12 week mark. This is definitely a program that enforces a lifestyle change that will be easy to stick with after the 12 weeks is over.
