Low Carb, Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Protein Muffins
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Add Vanilla Protein Powder, coconut flour, egg whites, pumpkin, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and swerve to a bowl. Mix well.
Add chocolate Chips to bowl and mix well.
Divide into greased muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes.
