Paleo Gluten Free No Carb GranolaDes

I LOVE granola. My favorite breakfast or post-workout meal is a smoothie bowl (like any of these post-workout smoothie bowls) sprinkled with granola. But my stomach can’t handle gluten and store bought granola is LOADED with sugar. So what’s a girl to do? You make your own.

Paleo Gluten Free Low Carb Granola

Believe it or not, making your own granola is pretty easy. You can easily customize it to include the flavors you love while still being aware of the ingredients that are going into your food.

I love granola but I’ve never been made my own. As you say the one you find in stores is full of sugar so as I’m trying to cut down on that I may have to start making my own šŸ™‚
