I’ve always had a love for smoothies and REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup. When I was a kid, my brothers and I would spend summer afternoons at my grandparents pier swimming. At the end of a long afternoon of swimming and playing hard in the water, my Grandma would always send my Granddad down to the pier with a cooler full of REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup and bottles of water. I still don’t think I’ve ever tasted a REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup as good as those that melted between my fingertips on those hot summer afternoons.
Now my kryptonite is a Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie Bowl made with International Delight® REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup flavor. I mean is there a better breakfast than one with the delicious flavor of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup? But before I tell you more about this delicious smoothie bowl recipe, I have got to tell you more about these new International Delight flavors!

Now onto the recipe!
You’re probably wondering how on earth can you create a REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup smoothie bowl? It’s really quite easy! I always keep frozen bananas in my freezer for when the need to make a smoothie bowl strikes. I add a frozen banana and 2/3 cup of International Delight® REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup in my blender and blend together. Add to your bowl and top with granola, chia seeds, bananas and blueberries.
The best part about smoothie bowls is that you can add or swap any flavors that you like. If your sweet tooth is really striking, I’d suggest switching out blueberries for dark chocolate chips.
