Apart of my daily routine is getting in a good workout. But what do you do when you have plans directly after your gym sesh? Or if you’re working out on your lunch break and have to return to work? The struggle can be real.
While I am a stay-at-home-mom now, in my prior life I was trying to fit in a quick workout before returning back to work. While now I’m usually running my toddler to music class, toddler time or to a play date after my workout, I still don’t want to be a sweaty and stinky mess.

I’m a strong believer that simple is better. After an intense sweat sesh, I like to freshen up with a simple makeup routine.
