Your girl absolutely LOVES dips. I’m pretty sure I could survive off of protein shakes and party dips if my metabolism would allow it. Between summer get together’s and tailgating season starting up, I’ve had my fair share of test tasting some excellent dip recipes this summer.

One of my absolute favorite dips is this Veggie Loaded Ranch Dip. Think crisp veggies, creamy cream cheese and hint of ranch seasoning. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! The Veggie Loaded Ranch dip can be made in under 15 minutes and is perfect for any occasion.

I follow a gluten free diet and in the past finding a cracker that was both tasty and gluten free was no easy task. Luckily, I discovered Nut-Thins and my cracker problems have been forever solved. You should never have to compromise taste when it comes to snacking! Nut-Thins pairs perfectly with the Veggie Loaded Ranch Dip and are also gluten free, wheat free and are made with no artificial flavors or colors. Nut-Thins are also made with real California Almonds. My favorite way to pair them was with the Nut-Thins Smokehouse flavor. The flavor combination of the Smokehouse Nut-Thins with the ranch and crisp veggies was addicting! I picked up both the Nut-Thins Sea Salt flavor and the Smokehouse flavor at my local Walmart, but I’m thinking I will need to make another trip for more soon. You can also find Nut-Thins at stores like Target or Ahold. At around 130 calories a serving (about 17 crackers), this is a snack you can feel good about!

Loaded Veggie Ranch Dip

Now that you know how to pair your Veggie Loaded Ranch dip, I can tell you how to make it! This dip is extremely easy. All you need to do is combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, corn, diced jalapeno and diced red pepper into a bowl. Mix together until well combined. 

You can either eat this immediately or if you’re patient (unlike myself) then it can chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Combine with your favorite Nut-Thins flavor for a tasty and light treat!

  • 1 Red Pepper Diced
  • 2 Jalapeno Diced
  • 2 Blocks Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 Ranch Seasoning Packet


  1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
