Paleo Granola

Paleo, Gluten Free and Low Carb Granola

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Cup Sliced Almond Raw
  • 1 1/2 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 TBSP Flax Seed Meal
  • 2 TBSP Hemp Seed
  • 2 TSP Ground Ginger
  • 3 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine Shredded Coconut, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seed meal, hemp seed, ground ginger and ground cinnamon in a bowl. 

  3. Stir until well combined. 

  4. Add Coconut Oil and Vanilla Extract. 

  5. Stir until well combined. 


  6. Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Spread granola on top. Bake for 12 minutes.

  7. Break up granola and flip. 

  8. Bake an additional 8-10 minutes.
