Low Carb, Paleo and Gluten Free Burger Bowl with Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

Burger Bowl

  • 4 Patties MorningStar FarmsĀ® Meat Lovers Burger
  • 4 Cups Lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 Cups Jalapenos, sliced and drained
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder

Dressing

  • 4 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBSP Raw Honey
  • 2 TSP Dijon Mustard

Instructions

Burger Bowl

  1. Preheat Grill to medium/low

  2. Slice onion, mushrooms, tomato and jalapenos while grill heats. 

  3. Grill MorningStarĀ® Farms Meat Lovers Burger Patties for 1-2 minutes on each side

  4. Add onion and mushrooms to a pan with olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper. Saute until veggies are soft, stirring frequently. 

  5. Add Lettuce to a bowl. Top with MorningStarĀ® Farms Meat Lovers Burger, tomato, jalapeno and sauteed onions and mushrooms. Top with Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing

Honey Mustard Dressing

  1. Combine Coconut Oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard and honey and stir well. Toss onto salad.
