  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Ground
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg Ground
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Ground
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chip Sugar Free
  • 2 Tbsp Swerve Granulated


  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

  2. Add Vanilla Protein Powder, coconut flour, egg whites, pumpkin, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and swerve to a bowl. Mix well. 

  3. Add chocolate Chips to bowl and mix well. 

  4. Divide into greased muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes.
