Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 12 Reese's Chip's Ahoy! Cookie
  • 1 Cup Reese's Chip's Ahoy! Cookies Crushed
  • 1 block Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 300 Degree

  2. Place Reese's Chip's Ahoy! Cookies in the bottom of muffin tins

  3. Add cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extra, sour cream crushed Reese's Chip's Ahoy! cookies to a box. Mix with mixer until well combined. 

  4. Place mixture on top of cookies in muffin tins. 

  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is starting to crack.

  6. Drizzle melted chocolate on top of cheesecakes.
