Quick and Easy Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Delicious Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup that is quick and easy to make!

  • 12 cups Water
  • 4 Chicken Breasts boneless
  • 5 tsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken
  • 12 oz Bag of Frozen Carrots and Peas
  • 3 cups spaghetti noodles
  • pinch Salt
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Add 6 cups of water, chicken and pinch of salt to large pot and bring to a boil. Boil until chicken is completely cooked through.

  2. Once chicken is cooked. Remove from pot, wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool. 

  3. Strain broth from the pot to remove any chicken pieces from broth. 

  4. Add frozen vegetable to pot and 2 tsp of Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken. Stir to combine. Bring to a Boil.

  5. Add noodles. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes. 

  6. Cut chicken into cube sized pieces. 

  7. Add chicken back to the pot with 6 cups of water. Stir in 3 tsp of Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 5 minutes. Add Pepper to taste.
